Welcome to Mi3dhal (معضال). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application. By using Mi3dhal, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Mi3dhal is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition assistant. It provides features such as calorie estimation from food photos, exercise form analysis using computer vision, and health metrics tracking (BMR/TDEE). All features are provided "as-is" for tracking purposes only.

Mi3dhal is NOT a medical device. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutritional estimates and biomechanical feedback provided by our AI are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or doctor before starting a new diet or fitness regime.
Mi3dhal utilizes artificial intelligence models to analyze media. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in calorie counts or form feedback. Accuracy is dependent on lighting, photo quality, and AI model variance. Users should treat AI results as a guide and perform their own due diligence.
Mi3dhal offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Users may delete their accounts and all associated personal data via the Settings > Account > Delete Account function within the app. Note that deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; this must be managed through Apple's billing settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, your use of the application is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) .
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mi3dhal at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in behavior that may harm the service, other users, or our operations.
You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including disclaimers and limitations of liability.
We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Mi3dhal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue using the application.
